“We are disappointed by the passage of Vietnam’s new Cybersecurity Law, which further narrows freedom of expression online and imposes burdensome restrictions on U.S. and other foreign firms. We urge Vietnam to ensure its laws create an open and competitive digital environment, consistent with Vietnam’s international obligations.”

Chúng tôi thúc giục Việt Nam đảm bảo rằng luật pháp của Việt Nam tạo ra một môi trường kỹ thuật số cởi mở và mang tính cạnh tranh, nhất quán với các nghĩa vụ thương mại quốc tế của Việt Nam.”
